I need an IT person to: - check the internet connection in my home, specifically the NBN set up and cable - check the capacity and speed of my laptop When I have too many tabs open my computer freezes and/or when more than 1 person is using the internet.

Need Ethernet/Data Cabling Technician – Wired LAN stuck at 100Mbps Looking for someone experienced with Ethernet/data cabling troubleshooting. Current setup: * NBN modem/router → TP-Link AX1500 * Cat6 through house wall ports * Also tested via TL-SX1008 switch * WiFi gets ~800Mbps * Wired Ethernet capped under 100Mbps on both PC and laptop Troubleshooting already done: * Tested multiple devices (PC + laptop) * Removed switch and tested direct from wall socket * Same issue persists * Suspect faulty wall port termination / missing pair / patching issue causing link to negotiate at 100Mbps instead of gigabit Need someone who can: * Test Ethernet cabling properly * Check/repair wall socket terminations * Re-terminate keystones if needed * Verify gigabit (1000Mbps) connection end-to-end House has Cat6 cabling. Please bring proper cable testing equipment.

for example i run windows on my laptop and have microsoft outlook for windows app for email (my work email also goes to this which is set up via a google workspace account) and this app is clunky as all get out and frequently does not send emails (i find them in my drafts folder having sent them and thought they'd gone out). i have moved from laptop to laptop just clunking things on and i think i need to wind it back and rebuild using things that actually work properly rather than just bolting an ad hoc somethign on again.

I'm needing to set a new modem with an NBN connection for an international guest of mine. I just need someone professional with tech experience to go through the new modem configuration and test the NBN connection with an Ethernet connection to a computer. I'd like to have this finalised today as we need internet functioning. I have all the step by step instructions from Exetel to follow, this should be straight forward. I could do it myself, however I am not in Brisbane at the moment.
