Unscrew outlets, remove old RJ45 fitting and Reterminate cable. Prove connection from wall outlet to patch panel. Provide price in case there are any additional outlets (above the initial 25), on a per outlet basis, in case more outlets need to be rectified. Label outlet at patch panel to ensure it is clear which wall plug goes to which patch panel outlet.
