Setting up and re-registering face recognition and verifying it works correctly. 4. If necessary, performing a factory reset and re-pairing the device with the mobile app. 5. Testing all unlocking methods (password, fingerprint, face, and mechanical key) to make sure they work properly. 6. Briefly showing me how to manage users and maintain the lock after setup. I will be on-site to assist and can provide proof of ownership (purchase receipt or property documents).
