We require a certified cabler to attend our site to fix a damaged CAT6 cabling between two buidings. The run is approximately 30m long and within a building. The cabling is used to connect two network switches which we have loss communication on. We need the cabler to perform the following: - find the location of the damaged cable - repair it - run a cable tester on it to confirm pairs are all good - run a speedtest to confirm we are getting 1Gbps speeds on it - take photo of the work completed We believe the issue is most likely the RJ45 connector to the patch panel which may need to be reterminated as someone was recently playing around with it. We’re open to purchasing some new tech equipment if we really have to, but want advice before we move forward with anything. Apartment located in Darlinghurst.

Looking for an experienced cabler/network technician to relocate our internet connection from upstairs to downstairs. There is already an Ethernet wall port installed downstairs. The job involves: * Testing the existing Ethernet port/cabling downstairs * Relocating the internet connection from upstairs to downstairs * Connecting and configuring it so the internet works properly downstairs * Checking the connection is stable and working before completion The cabling appears to already be in place, so this should mainly be a testing and setup job rather than a full new cable installation.

I tried to install the modem router myself but although I have followed the instructions haven't had success in doing so. The Modem Router will be replacing an existing somewhat aging modem supplied by my internet provider, Dodo, a number of years' ago. The wi-fi internet coverage in my apartment is slow at times and seems to be having trouble supporting streaming of programs on my TV. Time for a updated Modem!

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.

I have a longstanding problem that only some of the events I enter in my calendar on my iPhone sync with the calendar in Outlook on my iMac. Most fixes proposed by Google for the problem are not possible because the settings Google/AI discuss are not findable on my iPhone or Outlook. One potentially important fix is to ensure updates to Outlook have been installed. But for a couple of years I have not been able to get updates to Outlook on my iMac to fully load. I need (1) that problem solved and then (2) to have all events in the calendar on my iPhone to sync with the Outlook calendar on my iMac.
