I tried to install the modem router myself but although I have followed the instructions haven't had success in doing so. The Modem Router will be replacing an existing somewhat aging modem supplied by my internet provider, Dodo, a number of years' ago. The wi-fi internet coverage in my apartment is slow at times and seems to be having trouble supporting streaming of programs on my TV. Time for a updated Modem!

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.

I have a longstanding problem that only some of the events I enter in my calendar on my iPhone sync with the calendar in Outlook on my iMac. Most fixes proposed by Google for the problem are not possible because the settings Google/AI discuss are not findable on my iPhone or Outlook. One potentially important fix is to ensure updates to Outlook have been installed. But for a couple of years I have not been able to get updates to Outlook on my iMac to fully load. I need (1) that problem solved and then (2) to have all events in the calendar on my iPhone to sync with the Outlook calendar on my iMac.

My workplace has a custom built Windows 11 gaming PC with two user profiles, one admin and one non-admin. We only have the credentials to log into the non-admin profile — the admin profile belonged to a previous employee. We need the PC to be reformatted with a fresh install of Windows and a new admin profile. This will require someone who can get the PC into safe mode and perform a hard reset. Backing up data is not required — nothing critical is stored on the PC.
