We have fast internet coming into our Google Nest(500-750mbps), but the internet is very unreliable even with 3 Google Nest’s around the apartment. We struggle on calls for work and can’t understand why. We have most Sonos working in the apartment but there are two integrated speakers which aren’t working. I tried to install the modem router myself but although I have followed the instructions haven't had success in doing so. The Modem Router will be replacing an existing somewhat aging modem supplied by my internet provider, Dodo, a number of years' ago. The wi-fi internet coverage in my apartment is slow at times and seems to be having trouble supporting streaming of programs on my TV. Time for a updated Modem!

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.

I have a longstanding problem that only some of the events I enter in my calendar on my iPhone sync with the calendar in Outlook on my iMac. Most fixes proposed by Google for the problem are not possible because the settings Google/AI discuss are not findable on my iPhone or Outlook. One potentially important fix is to ensure updates to Outlook have been installed. But for a couple of years I have not been able to get updates to Outlook on my iMac to fully load. I need (1) that problem solved and then (2) to have all events in the calendar on my iPhone to sync with the Outlook calendar on my iMac.

I have age of empires iv installed via Steam but it gets stuck on the aoe IV the first blue screen (not blue screen of death). It freezes on the blue screen for a couple of minutes and then exits on its own. No error messages. The specs of my computer are in the photos.
