I have tried numerous times to connect my Dreame Robot Ultra S30 to my router but not able. I have returned the machine to Dreame and they have returned it saying nothing wrong with it must be internet, I had this machine at my old house and same internet and worked find, only thing is new router which I changed to 2.4 frequency as requested. can someone help with this

My laptop was connected to our home Wi-Fi, however the Wi-Fi now only works sometimes and not at other times. All other devices are working the Wi-Fi network.
