I’m looking for an experienced and patient person to provide one-on-one, in-person training this weekend to help me become more confident with systems and processes used in an Accounts Receivable / Customer Portal role. I would particularly like help with: • SAP basics and navigating customer accounts • Accounts Receivable processes and terminology • Customer portal management • Raising and reviewing work orders • Proactive and reactive work orders • DMR processes • Uploading invoices and supporting documentation to customer portals/websites • Understanding what information/documents need to be uploaded • Following up outstanding payments • Keeping accurate notes and records • Creating simple step-by-step instructions that I can refer back to at work • General tips for working efficiently and confidently in an AR/customer portal environment Who I’m looking for: Someone with practical experience in SAP, Accounts Receivable, finance administration, customer portals or similar corporate systems. Experience training beginners would be ideal. I learn best when someone can sit with me, explain each process clearly and allow me to take notes and practise. 📍 Location: Eastgardens, Sydney. I’m also happy to travel to you within a reasonable distance. 📅 When: This weekend ⏱️ Ideally 3–4 hours, with the possibility of additional sessions if helpful. 💰 Budget: Approximately $300, depending on your experience and the length of the session. My TV is normal if i am using the youtube app. Howver, if I use my XBOX to play video games, it will switch off automatically. If I switch it on again, it will still keeping switching off.
