Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Newtown NSW

I have recently bought a house with home automation but can’t configure it after installing nbn FTTP, getting a new ISP, and using a new router. I have instructions but it doesn’t appear to be connected to the home assistant system. Home assistant controls lights, a water feature and importantly irrigation. Also I have just had an Anker Solix x1 battery installed and it appears to be working well. The only problem is it’s not connected red to the internet so I can’t control it in an app. I’m hoping someone can help me connect it to wifi.

I have a Synology 4 Bay DS425+ with a 16TB hard drive. A TP Link N300 router with an ethernet cable from the NAS directly into router. Have also tried an ethernet to USB C adapter straight into Macbook 2023 and NAS/Ethernet cable still not showing up. Please help me get my NAS up and running!

I have no tools to open up the computer so will need someone to bring this along too. I am looking for someone to assist my mother who is having issues with her Printer. It is not an old printer but appears to go off-line all the time . install windows 11, secue. some hacker keeps messing with me. not sure how they are doing it and its hard to explain. even tiny 11 seems to get hacked and every usb I make corrupted. They change gpedit. It appears im logged into thier domain. My pc should be local and not on a domain but cant seem to change it

Computer has been compromised by a group of self proclaimed community racist/vigilantes... in newtown of all places. The computer is always apart of a domain which it shouldn't be and there are allot of things that are happening that are over my head. Im not computer illiterate but these guys are running scripts the second my computer turns of without having an internet connection or a modem in my home turned on...

I have components for a TP-Link Omada mesh system. I have a VR1600V router, an AX1800 (620) EAP, a TL-SG1005P PoE switch and an OC200 controller. I need someone to set the mesh system up for me.

Recently changed the internet connection from NBN to 5G as I was told this would fix issues with the home wifi bogging down. Did not solve the issue. Need someone to inspect & diagnose the issues and provide a solution to ensure we have constant fast wifi to a number of devices. Also require assistance with Google Home - possibly related to wifi issues.

Vdsl modem playing up. Keeps dropping fttn connection after a restart and 30 mins Aussie Broadband suggests it just needs a hard reset and put back into bridge mode. Will probably need you to make sure it doesn’t drop connections about 30 mins after the hard reset.
