I am looking for an experienced IT technician who is also highly familiar with Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) to resolve two ongoing technical issues. Issue 1: CS2 Crashing My game consistently crashes at the beginning of my first match upon turning on my PC, which forces a hard restart. This only occurs on the first game of the session; subsequent games run fine. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Issue 2: Unstable Wi-Fi and Ping My internet connection is highly unstable (only on my PC device).. My ping fluctuates significantly during gameplay, my Wi-Fi frequently disconnects on its own, and my PC sometimes fails to recognize the Wi-Fi network entirely. Note: I am currently using Wi-Fi only (no Ethernet cable). Requirements & Expectations: I need both issues completely fixed. Specifically, the game must no longer crash at all at any point, and the Wi-Fi must maintain a stable, uninterrupted connection with a consistently low ping. Terms: If any of these issues persist after the technician's visit, I reserve the right to require a follow-up visit free of charge. If the issue requires ordering a PCle Wi-Fi adapter, I will order one at my own expense but it is kindly asked that the technician visits the house once again to properly install it included in the price.

We use this for our Samsung TV via Apple TV and a USA static VPN. It has been working perfectly burt this week something has happened and it has flipped to only recoignising us in Australia - i think our connection has converted to using our house wifi not the VPN. I need the entire setup reviewed as this is the seocnd time in a few months this has happened where it worked really well and was in a stable state before

I run a small private therapy practice and could use some help with our tech setup. The main issue is email, but honestly I'd love a broader look at things too — I'm using a few different apps and services and would like it all simpler, smoother, and cost efficient. The email problem: Our practice email is on Google Workspace/Wix, and my assistant and I both log into the same account at the same time to manage the inbox. It's causing real issues — emails keep flipping from read back to unread, and when she files an email into a folder for me, I can't see the sent replies in the thread. I don't want a separate email address for her — clients should only ever see our one practice address. I've been chatting to Claude AI about it, and the suggestion was to migrate to Microsoft 365 and set our email up as a proper shared mailbox — so we each log in separately but can both send as the one address, everything visible to me, MFA on, and OneDrive so I can get PDFs of handwritten notes from my iPad to my assistant easily to upload to client files. The bigger picture: Right now I'm juggling: Wix for the website, VentraIP for the domain, Google Workspace for email, Halaxy for records/invoicing/expenses, NovoNote and NovoPsych for assessments and notes, Zoom for telehealth, and iDrive for backup (not really using though, a bit of a hassle), across a MacBook and an underused iPad. If there's an obvious way to consolidate any of that or cut cost/complexity without disrupting the clinical software (Halaxy, NovoNote, NovoPsych are non-negotiable, they're specific to my industry), I'd love your take. My priorities are security, efficiency, and cost — in that order. Does the Microsoft 365 approach sound right to you for the email piece/something you could help me with? And separately, is a broader review of the rest something you could help with, or would you suggest I look at that differently? Keen to hear what you think it'd cost (please ignore budget section).

The job: The NBN box is mounted inside a cupboard in my bedroom. It’s already installed and working — nothing needs to be done to the box itself, just plug a cable into the spare port. The cable needs to run from that cupboard, out of the bedroom, past the doorway, and into the living room, finishing on top of my TV cabinet. Roughly [X] metres. Surface mounted only — no wall cavity work, no drilling through walls. The cable should be concealed in white adhesive cable raceway so it looks neat, with straight level runs (parallel to the skirting or ceiling, not diagonal) and corner pieces at any turns.

We use a nord VPN to access our USA accounts with a separate ASUS router. Working perfectly until a week ago but no wifi now. Also our Telstra modem which is a year old is blocking our emphases app and we therefore get no solar readings. The emphases company came and said it was the modem.

We recently had a new router (Telstra) installed. I forgot to ask the person who installed it to set up our wifi extended for the front half of the house. We used to have it so the back of the house we were on one wifi name and the front of the house on another - it all came from the one router - I don't understand how these things are done. So now we don't get any wifi in the front part of the house. We have also been unable to connect the Neff ovens to our wifi since - these are in the same open plan living as the main router. I just need someone who can come and complete the set up. The main reason for the change in modem was to improve speed. The original job was to set up the Nord VPN on the TV, This was done and is working perfectly.

I need ethernet cable (which I will supply) run from the lower level front to the upper level rear via the exterior wall of the house (approx. 23 metres total run distance). I am trying to connect a landline to my new address. Telstra say I have to use their smart modem and plug it into the modem but I have my own modem which doesn't have a phone line port but I am hoping there is a work around as I don't want to use the Telstra smart modem. Help!
