Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Bondi Junction

The Building has NBN. She has a router in the kitchen with a TGP SIM card. I think it connects wirelessly. (Unsure) The wifi drops out for days at a time. I reset at the weekend The NBN and router seemed fine when I was trying to fix it. I wondered if it was connection - but my sister said the cable is new. After resetting it worked but its dropped out twice since then. I live in the country and cannot be on hand to help her. She needs a reliable fix. Mum is very on top of things (no dementia etc) she listens to music, loves Netflix, Prime, ABC Iview, YouTube etc on the two TV, uses an iPad for her emails and has an iPhone. Most of her day is at home enjoying these apps. We really need to fix the drop outs to keep her enjoying life and not stressed.

Need an ACMA-registered cabler / NBN technician to inspect and fix the internal NBN wiring in our apartment building. Our NBN provider has advised that we don’t appear to be connected on the internal side of the building. We need someone to check the cabling from the MDF to our apartment, identify the issue and reconnect/fix the wiring as needed. They have given us the details for this. We have access to the MDF

I have a Telstra modem and NBN HFC box - I need someone to install and find the coaxial outlet

I believe the powerboard supplying power to my father's tv/foxtel/NBN box has blown (it is very old). A new powerboard needs to be connected to the wall but we cannot access the wall due the amount of clutter and the large cabinet blocking access. My father is elderly and can't move this stuff himself. I need someone who can do the following: 1. Carefully move all these bits and pieces away in order to access the plugs behind the cabinet, marked in red in one of the photos below. Please note this will be tricky as his house is full of this kind of clutter so there is not a lot of space to move things. I can send more pics of the space. These items are very precious to him and need to be moved with care. 2. Assess the situation behind the cabinet and make sure the electrical set up is safe and not likely to short circuit or create a fire hazard. Would be helpful if you have electrical experience or knowledge. 3. Install a new powerboard (we have one) 4. Reconnect his Foxtel Hub / NBN box / TV 5. Ensure all of the above + the wifi is working 6. Put all the bits and pieces of furniture back together again Please note my father is elderly and needs someone who can do this job with care and consideration.

I need to move my NBN box to my living room room. There is a coaxial outlet in the living room, but it seems not to work. It works fine in the bedroom.
