My main router is fine but my extenders stopped working and no matter how Manu rebooths I do, they just stopped communicating with the main router. I need help resetting or finding a solution. Telstra main router works fine. The netgear extender is the problem. Lights are always green but it doesn’t work. Hi There, My internet provider is iiNet and my extender is a Netgear (details below). The extender is about 15 metres from the modem and works for about 3 metres beyond that, but not much more. Or else it works intermittently. The iiNet installer said that the extender wasn't working at all, but I'm not sure that is the case. Both are pretty new and the extender seemed to work until the modem was replaced a couple of months ago. It is not urgent but I could appreciate some help. Thank you.
