Hello, I'm looking for a technician to fix my MacBook Pro. Retina screen. It dropped from my bed to the floor boards but is in otherwise fine condition. I understand this can be an expensive endeavour however just hoping for a better deal than the Apple store who quoted $620. I need to link a new epson XP 2100 printer to my laptop

New to PC building and I'm attempting to get an old (2013) tower up to date. I bought a new GPU and installed it. I booted the PC to install the drivers but the old SSD couldn't be detected. I figured it failed so I purchased a new SSD. I used the windows creation tool and installed Win10 and booted through a USB. Installed win10 to the new drive and set the boot priority in the BIOS to it. I honestly cant remember if I had disconnected the old SSD at that point. The PC still wont boot from the new SSD, the old one appears to be clinging onto life and continues to boot from the old drive then reverts to the new drive as windows is giving me the option to run win7 or win10 upon startup. I need the PC to boot from the new drive as I don't need anything from the old drive. I also can't detect the HDD in the BIOS. The wiring is a bit of a mess but not overly important. Thanks!

We require an IT expert who is familiar with Windows and Google Suite to troubleshoot why a microphone is not working on a Windows laptop. Based on previous troubleshooting attempts, the laptop is likely to require a full re installation of Windows along with a set of provided software and configurations (including but not limited to office, connection to internal intranet, bitlocker, antivirus etc). Must be onsite to do the work and sign an NDA.

hey i tired hard resting my laptop due to forgetting the password, it made it to about %40 and froze so I decided to turn in off now all that happens is it goes to this screen.

Take a look at my internet setup and see what could be the cause of the weak signal/connection (particularly in the living room) and suggest what options there are to improve the situation. I live in an apartment and have a NBN service.

Once I power the device on, it loads for a while and then suddenly goes into the BSOD mode and displays an error. I end up on the error screen again, saying there is some problem with Srttrail.txt. Hi guys I am about to open a business on Monday so I took home my POS system to work on it. I have now attempted to use it again and somehow in the process the receipt printer has decided to stop working. I have tried everything I can think of and it just won’t sync. I need someone who is computer savvy to lend a hand. It says it’s connected but just nothing prints out. It was working perfectly fine until I brought it home. The printer is NEXA brand it that makes any difference. I am using an older version of windows. Please help!

I’m running Outlook For Mac on my MacBook Pro and the profile is apparently in need of repair. When I attempt to repair it, it asks for 122GB free storage however it’s only a 251GB model so there is no way to free that much room up. Also, a data wipe / reset isn’t a viable option as I have email files downloaded that are no longer accessible from the server and are vital to keep.

I have a Lenovo Windows 10 All in One device. When I boot it up it goes into a 'Repairing Disc - this may take more than an hour' mode. I have left it overnight and it does not repair. I have attempted to boot it up in Safe mode by pressing the shift key on start up - I can't achieve this. The disc was NOT configured with windows encryption according to my Microsoft Account (i.e. Bit locker is OFF). I have tried multiple times, including switching the power off completely and waiting a while. I would like someone to remove disc and if possible to read the data partition make a copy of the data on an external hard drive that I will provide. When the technician is looking at my device I would also like an additional quote to provide a replacement disc in the Lenovo. Although for the purposes of this job I just want a quote for telling me if the disc is spinning and whether the data partition can be copied and doing that copy. I am flexible when this is done.
