Find a local network troubleshooter in NSW

Moved in newly to granny flat and Desk top computer to be used so need 2 network ports to be connected pls . Price will include 2 ports each for two rooms

I have a number of devices for my newborn which require certain network settings to operate. I’ve gotten some working (ie I’ve turned off band steering, moved to 2.4Ghz, amended SSID) - but it seems to have now caused issues with my printer and home (smart) doorbell. My Owlet sock (oxygen sock for baby) isn’t able to connect at all. Need someone to come and troubleshoot/configure my network settings and ensure everything is working.

1. Proper Network Architecture / Wi-Fi Optimisation I need the network in my house configured properly using ASUS router and eero mesh system (3 units). Goals are: (a) maximise internet speed and stability throughout the house (b) seamless roaming between eero units (c) stable Microsoft Teams / Zoom calls (d) minimise latency/dropouts I want normal Australian internet for all devices EXCEPT the projector setup. 2. Overseas VPN Setup (Projector Only) I need overseas VPN configured ONLY for the projector / Chromecast setup. All other devices should use normal Australian internet (no VPN) Our current VPN is ExpressVPN. The VPN should be configured properly through the ASUS router (likely using VPN Fusion or equivalent selective routing). I also want the projector / Chromecast isolated onto a dedicated 2.4GHz network if appropriate for stability and compatibility. 3. Current Problems At the moment: (a) Wifi connection is established with VPN set up for projector but internet feels slow/unreliable so I want to optimise the setting (b) Teams calls are unstable in that I can hear others clearly but when I speak, people say my audio cuts out intermittently. This is affecting work calls and needs to be resolved properly. I suspect (a) incorrect router/eero configuration, (b) double NAT / bridge mode issues (c) VPN routing issues (d) Wi-Fi interference or band steering problems. Please: (a) diagnose the problem (b) explain the final setup briefly (c) advise the expected duration of the work and your fees.

My HP Envy x360 laptop has suddenly stopped detecting Wi-Fi completely. The Wi-Fi adapter has disappeared and I’ve already done troubleshooting with HP support. Looking for someone experienced with HP laptops/Windows 11 to diagnose the issue onsite and see if it can be fixed. Possible hardware or network card issue.

I've recently moved offices into a new building and require someone to setup the wifi. I have a Telstra Gen 4 modem/router plus two wall-mounted WiFi booster discs at separate locations in my home. Currently each unit broadcasts under a different network name, meaning devices don’t automatically hand off — you have to manually switch WiFi logins as you move around. I need someone to reconfigure the setup so all three units broadcast the same SSID and password, creating a single seamless network. When I walk from room to room, my devices should connect automatically without any manual switching. The house is a weekender and I am not able to send pics but I believe the extenders are Ubiquiti boosters that were circa 2020 / 2021 models. This is a reprogramming task that an experienced tech should be able to handle without pics and I don't anticipate it taking more than an hour. There are 2 remote extenders which are on separate logins to the modem. I just need a single login. A Somfy guy who worked on some blinds said it was a simple reprogram which he was going to do but ran out of time.

Optus FTTP Google Nest Pro wifi Session dropouts regularly particularly on MS teams over work VPN.

I am need someone to run and Install network cable from data hub downstairs and run into upstairs and in-wall cavity to a socket which is upstairs there is a suspended slab.

Ethernet cable repair It looks like when we first moved into this house the Telstra technician made changes to the wiring to make adsl connection work. However I no longer have adsl and I want my Ethernet connection again. Can this be patched up so that the Ethernet connection works again

Our home internet keeps dropping out intermittently across the whole house. NBN (iiNet) to the modem is working fine, but our Google WiFi mesh system (shown in the photo) seems to be the issue.
