Jack did a fantastic job of setting up my Fetch tv-managed to trouble shoot the error message I was getting, link it through the surround sound and even gave me some tips on using the whole system. Very thorough and was happy to stay until I had tried all the functions and was comfortable with the technology-no mean feat given my lack of tech knowledge! Would definitely recommend him to others and he will be the first person I call if I need help again in the future.

I have a new Fetch box but cannot get connected to internet. Comes up with let’s connect on screen wi-fi set up but indicates no internet connectivity & no service connection. I have mobile on internet ok. I have fed the modum internet provider & password onto tv screen but screen just freezes. Can’t shut Fetch box off with remote. Have to turn power off to reset.

I recently bought the fetch tv and have had challenges using a splitter to split the FTA coax cables connected to a splitter via a f connector. Ultimately I require someone experienced to split the free to air signal to the fetch box to scan the FTA to enable free to air recordings whilst the normal FTA coax to the main tv is working. I do have the cable that I purchased I attempted to split via the f connector splitter it may need to be refined and adjusted.
Gentleman on time worked out the issue as confirmed it was a in and out job. Customer user as the root cause 😂 Jason your a gentleman lifesaver

My parents have recently upgraded to FETCH TV through iinet which is something like a set-top box which allows my parents' TV (which is not a smart tv) to behave like a smart TV. The problem is that they are now having trouble accessing some free-to-air channels. I'm looking for someone technologically-minded and who has experience with FETCH and TVs in general to tune my parents' TV and to give them a tutorial on how to use the TV for their purposes.
Alex fixed my TV after a recent connection to another service provider made everything so complicated. He even fixed my telephone, which wasn't included in the original job description. Thanks, Alex, for a great job. I highly recommend him for all of your technical needs.
