The Issue: • I am the Global Administrator of the account. • I have lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app because my previous phone was reset. • I am currently locked out and cannot sign in to the Admin Center. • I have tried calling Microsoft Support, but I am having difficulty navigating the automated AI phone system to reach a real person in the Data Protection Team. What I need you to do: 1. Contact Microsoft Support (Data Protection Team) on my behalf. 2. Navigate their verification process to initiate an MFA reset. 3. I have all business registration documents (ABN, Company details) and payment info ready to prove ownership. 4. Help me set up a new MFA method once the account is unlocked. The laptop has two main issues: -It won’t connect to Wi-Fi or any networks -After doing a factory reset, it’s not reloading Microsoft properly on boot up (it just gets stuck or doesn’t load Windows correctly) I need someone who can diagnose and repair these problems — ideally restoring it back to working condition with Windows fully reinstalled and Wi-Fi/network connection working again) Geeks2U came out and i was told the wifi issue was q result of a VPN app which had been downloaded, but he wasnt able to fix it.
