Every time I try to login to an old email it directs me to put in the number on Microsoft Authenticator. I have re-downloaded the app several times but it never shows the code after I add the email. Have tried several different phones and pcs and followed Microsoft’s advice. Still not working. Needs to be in person so I can input the password to my email. Thankyou

We are a small business located near Martin Place Station, Sydney CBD. We are seeking a reliable and professional IT support provider to assist with urgent setup for a new staff member. Needs onsite attendance and work. We currently have 5 laptops on Federated access to at least 4 of them using email addresses assigned to each staff member. There is one principal with administrator access and a locked down OneDrive folder with only administrator access. Everyone has an email address. All emails are via Outlook. There is a OneDrive and a SharePoint. There is a domain set up with VentraIP. Scope of Work: • Set up a brand new laptop (Windows OS) for one staff member. • Create and configure a Microsoft 365 user account, including Outlook email setup on an existing domain. • Set up secure login credentials, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where possible. • Configure Federated Login (single sign-on) so the user can log into any compatible device. • Configure access to company SharePoint, mapped as a folder on the laptop for ease of access. • Configure OneDrive backup or another cloud backup solution for the device. • JoinComputer to Domain. • Migrate Old Cpanel Emails to Office365. Timeline: • Setup must be completed by close of business, Wednesday (currently Monday). Location: • Sydney CBD, a short walk from Martin Place Station (across the road from Metro entrance). Microsoft surface screen replacement

Have 2 x Microsoft Surface Studio 2 computers that need to be factory restored. No passwords to login, so you will need to be able to reset them without being able to login. According to Google, you have to create a recovery USB but can only be done by using another surface device. We need help setting up 2 company owned iPads in our Microsoft Intune account. We have linked our Apple Business Manager to our Intune Account and loaded into Intune the relevant apps from Apple Business Manager. We need help setting up the profiles and getting the ipads enrolled. We don’t want the users to be able to remove the security profile and we want to limit which apps they have access to. We also want to have full control of the ipads and be able to add additional apps in the future should they be required. I am a global administrator for the tenant and have both ipads at my home.
