Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced with Microsoft Surface devices or Windows troubleshooting to help fix my Microsoft Surface Go. The laptop has two main issues: -It won’t connect to Wi-Fi or any networks -After doing a factory reset, it’s not reloading Microsoft properly on boot up (it just gets stuck or doesn’t load Windows correctly) I need someone who can diagnose and repair these problems — ideally restoring it back to working condition with Windows fully reinstalled and Wi-Fi/network connection working again) Geeks2U came out and i was told the wifi issue was q result of a VPN app which had been downloaded, but he wasnt able to fix it. Please let me know your experience with Surface or Windows troubleshooting, and your availability.
