Need some hinges replaced, seals replaced, maintenance. - 3 sliding panels internal countyard Approx 5m Wide x 3m high. Need seals replaced, maintenance. - 4 sliding panels upstairs read. Approx 5m Wide x 3m high. Need seals replaced, maintenance. Attend to quote.

Basically, the L door hinge has been snapped off by the previous tenants. It was never mentioned in the entry condition report and I would like to have it fixed if it’s not to costly to not take blame for it or scratch my bond. Last photo is of the right side door in working attached order for reference Please let me know what’s involved, and how much for the whole job + timeline estimate.

Change the door hinge to the opposite side so the door swings/opens to the opposite direction

Damaged bedroom door needs to be replaced. Can look at using the existing hardware in lieu of new hardware. Current door looks like it’s just from Bunnings so just want to install a basic door similar to the existing. Will need to come to view before proceeding with works.

I have a beam that's sagging in my apartment. I think there's been repairs done to it before as there's a screw partway through although the screw has gotten looser and now the beam hangs from the end. I tried filling it and tightening it though that was making it worse. It probably just needs another better screw put in or to be glued back on. The screw has also blocked the sliding door from opening fully even before it sagged so would be good to get it fixed for that as well. The left side is still attached and flush.
