Handyman needed to install 3 internal doors. They are steel frames so will need angle grinder to remove old hinges and install new ones. Doors and handles will be supplied but not hinges

I need a lockable door lever installed on my walk in robe and the current lever moved to my powder room/laundry.

A few small jobs 1. swap a door handle with handle with lock & key on an internal door. 2. change over two wall mounted toilet roll holders. 3. Re-attach curtain fixture. It’s not broken, but I don’t have a ladder high enough to fix. I have the new door handle and new toilet roll holders. No materials are needed.

Awning window, opening outwards, the mechanism has 4 arms that hold it in place and direct it when opening and closing, one of the arms of has been detached from the rickett point and requires to be reattaching.

I need this door fully removed early in the morning from hinges / taken off so furniture can be moved without the door on. Then I need the door put back on hinges later in the day after the furniture has been moved. The furniture will be moved by someone else so door removal and put back only.

The kitchen cupboard door hinge requires repair (the door cannot be closed), and the shower door hinge requires repair (the door can be closed, but in hot weather, it drops and cannot be closed, getting stuck).

Installation involves drilling 10 holes (using a template) into hard plaster (not plaster board) above a bathroom entrance. See photo of instructions etc.

I have a new kitchen blind that needs putting up, a doorstop for my balcony door, a small venda clothes hanger on my balcony, a small sign on a brick wall where I park my car and a screw in the brick wall outside my door so I han hang a hook for my dog lead. My apartment is all o lot of concrete. You would need to have the drill bits for this and bricks. I would prefer someone who has spare plugs and screws in their tool kit or willing to go get some from the hardware store just incase the ones that come with all of these products are not good quality. I defiantly dont have screws or plugs for the sign I need stuck on my carpark. I appreciate any help. I have chronic health issues and my son has been in hospital most of the year so appreciate an honest and helpful person. Thank you

Door not staying shut unless shut very hard, latch on door handle and striker plate not lining up - but possibly only a minor adjustment required I assume.
