I need to reattach a door with clip on hinges

I am installing a door handle and need someone who has a drill and a 54mm hole saw to help me adjust the hole in the door.

Need someone with experience to install two glass-to-glass shower door hinges on my shower door. The existing ones have failed after quite some time, and I've purchased the replacements that are sitting here ready to go. Will give everything a proper clean before you arrive.

In total I have this small issues we’ve noticed in the apartment: 1. A minor noise coming from the kitchen cabinet: The sound seems to come from one of the kitchen cupboards, right above the fridge. We think it might be related to the construction of the apartment or something inside the wall. When we cover the space inside the cabinet, the noise reduces a little, but it still continues — especially at night. During the day we barely hear it, but at night it becomes more noticeable. 2. Loose door handles: The door handles for both bedrooms (mine and Armando’s, who is currently living with me) have been slightly loose since the beginning. I didn’t mention it earlier, but both handles seem unstable and could use tightening or fixing. 3. Outdoor light not working: We tried to turn on the outside light the other day now that the weather is getting nicer, but it doesn’t work. Could you please let us know how these issues could be repaired or if someone could come to check them? 4. Also, the light in the kitchen rangehood is not working anymore (the bulb seems to be blown).

Need a Handyman to remove a surface mounted bolt lock from a bedroom door. The screws are stripped / damaged (need pilers or screw extractors) Must be careful to not damage the door face. After removal, please fill the 4-5 small holes with filler. Please bring white filler if possible.

The awning window in my high rise apartment is not closing properly and is misaligned. There is a gap on one side that is not sealing so it's letting air & noise in. Either needs to be realigned or repaired.

Site visit (parking provided) to take measurements before the installation day. 1. Remove the existing sliding door leaf. 2. Existing EzyJamb (of metal) is to be retained. 3. Existing jamb to be modified with infills and additions (solid timber?) to accommodate the new custom door leaf. See schematic diagram (SD) for dimensions and the description of what is intended to be achieved. [In the SD, black lines indicate the existing arrangement, and blue lines indicate additions.] Three door photos show the existing sliding door so you can visualise the possible adjustment to the jamb. 4. Before the jamb modifications are done, an infill of the existing wall cavity with acoustic material is required (42 mm, sliding door slot). Rockwool or the like. Infilling to be done without fibre shedding in the apartment. Infill material to be supplied and installed by you. 5. New door leaf will be ordered and supplied by me. This will be done AFTER you advise on the exact dimensions (upon taking measurements). The leaf will be Hume Solicore (SCX1) custom made leaf, to conform the modified jamb. I am confident in its width and height (see SD), however, you will have the last say. You will have to advise whether the new jamb can accommodate 40 mm thickness, or we go with 35 mm. 6. You are expected to attach the leaf with sufficient number of adequate hinges for this weight of the door. Please advise the number and type of hinges. You will supply and install the hinges. 7. Door knob and door stopper (both supplied by me) are required to be installed; see SD for the illustration of door knob & stopper types. 8. Door (and jamb additions) to be painted. I will supply the paint (exact colour), but you advise the amount. Let me know if you have any questions. I am open to suggestions.

Window seals on awning window needs replacing. Materials to be provided by repairer please. Internal access only. (difficult to photograph effectively, but top seal has come loose causing massive water ingress in storms)
