Hi there, I’m looking for help to replace the worn-out rubber seals (weather strips) on two aluminium frame windows in my Southbank apartment. There’s noticeable wind noise and reduced sound insulation, especially at night. The current seals seem to be old and no longer airtight. I need someone to: - Inspect both windows - Remove old/damaged weather strips - Supply and install new weather strips (e.g. Raven RP67 or equivalent) - Ensure a proper seal to reduce draft and improve insulation The windows are aluminium-framed and likely double-glazed (AS/NZS2208 safety glass). Access is easy – fully indoor job, no ladder required. Need two cabinet doors repair, one small hole and another one bigger with damage on the other side of the door too

2x Stainless Steel commercial cabinet doors need reattachment. The hinges have some damage from heavy use, at least 2 will need to be replaced before refitting and adjusting. hardware costs to replace hinges will also be covered, they appear to be Grass branded. I need someone to come measure my door frame (there's another door attached to a different room if you need to measure that for reference as well). The door is of custom size, approximately 218x82 cm and made of honeycomb core (you can honestly use any core you can procure easiest for you as long as it's appropriate and of similar quality). I'm going to provide the door handle and latch but please make sure the door is drilled and hollowed at the correct spots for the installation. Please mention the time estimate for your work when putting an offer. Also, if you're also able to have the door delivered and installed in already painted condition (same colour as other door), please mention in your offer and state how much you're charging.
