I have two (2) manual window winders installed in first-storey windows, dating back to circa 1997. You need to go to bunnings to get one that fits 1450 X 510 (Syneco 2m x 1220 - $10) and the other 940 x 870 (syneco 810 x 2050 - $8). Then go to the house, cut them in size and replace them. Fairly easy task and hours fairly flexible. It should only take 10 minutes max. After working hours during the week and flexible over weekend.

We require installation of a google nest door bell into a concrete wall. We also require someone to install our hose on brackets into a concrete wall.
