Garage door not functioning properly after a little damage. Automatic system is no longer working and had to close it manually.

My garage door needs the cable realigned. It can open and close but beeps and stops multiple times. I’m renting so I just want to get it working so I can get in and out. I’ll be submitting it to my agent for maintenance anyway but as I store my work items in the garage - I just want it to open and close a bit easier at the moment as they take ages to organise repairs.

By my rough calculations, we need 31mm trimmed from on the left and right side of each door, but we want to keep the double door rebate. Also a slight adjustment to the top of the door, maybe add a thin strip of 15mm.
