We are looking for someone to install some window hardware, including 8 sash lifts and 4 window locks. We have purchased the hardware already and installed to two windows, however we keep breaking screws, stripping screw heads and drilling into soft spots in the timber windows (the windows aren’t rotting, the soft spots are just where previous hardware was installed and someone has filled the screw holes with putty).

The timber sliding door has come off its rails in the wall cavity and it needs to be put back on. It will require being taken out of cavity and put back on rails properly. It has previously been fixed in about 15-20min

Garage door not functioning properly after a little damage. Automatic system is no longer working and had to close it manually.

My garage door needs the cable realigned. It can open and close but beeps and stops multiple times. I’m renting so I just want to get it working so I can get in and out.
