The awning cassette is 4m long weight about 80kg. There are 2 brackets (4 dyna bolts each) to fix out on the wall above sliding door. The awning cassette needs to be lifted up about 2.5m high to attach to the bracket on the wall before locking it in placed. The installer must be insured and have experience in similar installation. Please provide reference.

The sliding door hasn’t been moving smoothly lately. It feels like there’s friction between the door and the frame

There is a roof tile under our our solar panel that was not put back after it was checked. the tile needs to be slid back into the right spot. Only one tile. Door was installed with the door striker inside facing the wrong way making it a small pain to close. needs to be reorientated

I need someone to investigate and fix the cause of the leak. Door Lock Issue – The door dead lock isn't aligning properly with the frame.
