Flywire needs replacing on the window above my toilet, and window runner needs fixing in bedroom (that sort of fluffy track stuff). It is as end of lease repairs so I am no longer living there, handyman would need to let themselves in.

I need help to repair my garage door please. It is a single panel garage with tilt door spring type on either side of the garage wall as pictured.
