I need 5 door handles replaced and make sure they are working properly (my elderly mum has been locked in the loo several times) I’ve bought new handles ready to go

I need a new locking door handle on my balcony door. You can provide the locking door handle, please. ******Please note******* The receiving end may need to be drilled a few mm lower due to the settlement of the door frame over time. Currently you have to lift the door a tiny amount to get it to match up. **The rollers on the bottom of the door are brand new as well, so it might just need adjusting, and that could correct the issue. The door easily lifts on and off, and I can be on site to assist if that is the case. Price is firm.

I have taken the old door handle off. Need the new handle put on. The holes for bolts for the previous handle are vertical, but this handle needs holes aligned horizontally. Also the hole for the latch needs to be a bit bigger to accommodate the new latch.

Door needs to be adjusted so the bottom doesn’t scrap the floor. (Hinges are loose) also add new hydraulic leaver at the top of the door so it closes properly on its own. Handyman to provide the hydraulic leaver and parts etc

Need to reattach the bottom door hinge to the door frame. This has fallen off and hard to nail in, as wood seems soft.
