Capacitor on a ~1990s garage door motor fell off and needs to be re-soldered

Our Bosch garage door suddenly stopped working and there is no manual way to open it, there is no doorway to enter the garage either so will need help to manually pull the garage door open and fix the motor or potentially replace.

Sliding balcony door issue: the fixed left panel has moved inward, so the sliding door cannot pass or lock unless the panel is pushed back.

Both the security screen and main door are not locking from the outside. They seem to be misaligned.

The door is too tight to close and is sticking in top right corner. We’ve already tried swapping screws for longer ones but the fix only lasted a couple of days.

Need to have your own tool for installation. And you will have to pick up the door from bunings and install the door for me at my house. The door money is not included in the task.
