Replace mesh (mesh supplied - see photo) b. Replace/repair hinges c. Repair 3-point locking mechanism. d. Carry out necessary repairs to restore full functionality. e. Adjust hinges, rollers, locks, catches, or mesh as required. f. Ensure the screen door opens, closes, and latches correctly. 3. Replace Door Sill a. Remove the existing damaged sill. b. Supply and install a suitable replacement sill. c. Ensure the sill is securely fixed, level, weatherproof where required, and finished neatly. Requirements: a. Experienced handyman, carpenter, or licensed tradesperson with relevant experience. b. Supply all labour, tools, equipment, and materials required unless otherwise agreed. c. Remove all waste materials and leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion.
