2 jobs) The bathroom door in my clinic has a soft close hinge that is not soft closing and is also coming off the wall. The screws are coming out of the wood and there is nothing there to grip on to. (see photos). I would like someone to fit the screws properly and also see if they can make the hinge actually soft closing. The porcelain cover was taken off the bathroom sink a while back and I can't get it back on, so I would like someone to get it back on (see photos)

Plaster patching on normal sized ceiling covering some water damage. Roughly 60cm x 30cm, does not need to be perfect job as current roof does have imperfections. Painting after patchwork also required only on affected area
