Find experienced local tradies in Tempe

Need experienced plasterer for a few days to install soundchek ceiling plasterboards for both ground floor and first floor with ceiling height at 3.4m. This person will need to be comfortable working with me being their assistant. Prefer someone with furring channel, square set, cornice and finishing experience however not essential. Please note these boards are not light. Please provide day rate for labour only as supplies will be provided.

My bathroom window has fixed open louvres. I am looking for someone with experience in this area to make a replacement window sash only so that it can accept a double glazed IGU.

I had my stone put in today in kitchen and just need someone to come and screw in the 3 power points which all electrical is already done for and just re-connect the electric cooktop which is just connecting 4 connections into the cooktop with screws - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 27 October 2022

I need the inside gyprock of a skylight re-done. The skylight size is 870mm x 870mm. Just need the internal section of the skylight to be gyprocked. I will be removing the current timber that is in place now. Qualified gyprock plasterers only please. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 30 November 2022

My partner put his foot through the ceiling in our rental. Looks like standard gyprock but will need to cut out a big rectangle then plaster over. I work in paint company so can provide the ceiling paint or we can paint it ourselves at the end of the plastering job. An electrician has removed the ceiling fan and down lights... We have tidied it up and put insulation back, btu may need another piece of insulation and probably more protection up in the attic now :P - Due date: Before Saturday, 15 October 2022

Repair to external cement render on back of house. Water ingress into brick wall cavity has caused it to become cracked and recently pieces have fallen off. There is render separation on the corner of the walls. Would like to discuss weather it is best to remove render and let the wall dry out for a while before reapplying render. I need someone to attach an appropriate awning to the side of this van. There is currently a bracket for a detachable awning so this may need to be removed. The price would include materials and labour time. Preferably completed in parramatta although I am able to bring the van to your location if necessary. Thank you 😊
