Plastering a small part of ceiling. It’s dry. No painting required.

Awning needs to be re-attached to privacy screen. High reaching ladder is required (or similar). The privacy screening is also on a slope. Pictures show the awning that is still in place as to how the awning is to look again once reattached. If able to quote via pictures here would be great or price can be discussed on site. I just settled on a new house in Paddington. I am looking to make it more secure and also block some of the road noise. I am wanting a rendered block wall built with an electric sliding gate along the front + a pedestrian gate. Reaching out to a few companies to get some quotes happening. $25 is just a token figure for airtask, obviously will cost way more. * edit, I’m after a whole new front fence to be built, not just rendering, there is currently no fence present, hope that clears it up.

We have a couple of spots in our plasterboard ceiling that have water damage. One section of the ceiling was removed to fix the issue. There is also a small 80mm hole in the wall left by an old air conditioner that needs to be patched. Paint will be provided. we would like the ceiling and the wall repaired and painted.
