I just settled on a new house in Paddington. I am looking to make it more secure and also block some of the road noise. I am wanting a rendered block wall built with an electric sliding gate along the front + a pedestrian gate. Reaching out to a few companies to get some quotes happening. $25 is just a token figure for airtask, obviously will cost way more. * edit, I’m after a whole new front fence to be built, not just rendering, there is currently no fence present, hope that clears it up.

We have a couple of spots in our plasterboard ceiling that have water damage. One section of the ceiling was removed to fix the issue. There is also a small 80mm hole in the wall left by an old air conditioner that needs to be patched. Paint will be provided. we would like the ceiling and the wall repaired and painted.

Replace power point, dimmer light switch, outdoor sensor light and garden light.

We have had an accidental flood in our laundry they had led to the garage ceiling needing to be urgently plastered and painted.

I have 2 small exterior areas that were behind air conditioner units that need rendering to meet the existing rendered wall (attached photo). Further, some blobs may need sandpaper. I also have a small area close to the ground that requires patching up as the existing plaster has fallen off (attached photo). All areas are accessible without a step ladder / ladder.

There is a rotten component to my window awning that I need replaced so that it can be painted. The painting is due to begin on the 31/7. Hoping you can replace the affected area of wood rot. Painting not necessary, will need to provide materials. Security camera to be removed and does not need to be replaced. Height is 3.6m.

Changing a damaged wooden table and want to render it and make it have a concrete vibe. Ideally would be able to shape the corners into rounded edges with a jigsaw too

Repair job! Need 2x holes patched, plastered and painted over please. 2nd one is just a 12v control panel which will need to be screwed back into the repaired wall. I need someone to repair holes left by the removal of several pendant light fittings in my ceilings (x 5), as per the photos attached. I have shown the 'access' issue with 3 x holes where they're a little difficult to reach as they hang over a mezzanine floor. 1 x photo shows reach/distance from mezzanine floor and another photo from ground floor shows the height of the mezzanine ceiling from the ground. It is a two storey house with 'normal' heigh ceilings on both levels. There is also a buffalo/cow horn attached to a wall which needs to be cut out of the gyprock (builders glue used to attach it) and gyprock repaired. Also a couple of small wooden sculptures glued to the ceiling which, when pulled off will leave a small amount of damage to the gyprock which needs repair.
