When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. I need a handyman/plasterer for two main jobs, and hopefully a few small other tasks, that are mostly paint touchups, etc. The first main job is to fix up my manhole inside my house. I had electricians over, who managed to wiggle the frame loose. It has slowly been giving way, and today it finally let go and almost fell out of the ceiling. So, at least a temp fix of this is needed pretty quick. The second main job is plastering in my garage. The plaster gave way from the wall a few years back, and has slowly been sagging. With the addition of rain water from a blocked drain, it has gotten quite bad. It's only a small section, but its right above the roller shutter, making access a bit awkward.

220x220mm hole to be replastered and tiling at bottom edge to be replaced. I have spare tiles that would need to be cut. If you can just do one part of job, ie plastering or tiling please let me know also as happy to split the job if needed.
Fantastic work by Adam, can’t even tell there was a hole there. Even without painting is barely visible the repair. Would highly recommend Adam for any plastering, tiling or general household maintenance.
