2 walls need plaster filling/leveling in specific areas and then painted. Whole room (walls only) will need to be painted 2 coats, paint and plaster fill will be supplied. Drywall patch in stairwell. 40x40cm area

Removed the skirting to install flooring. There’s a bunch of damage, mostly torn plaster/pains and depressions or holes and nail holes. All the skirting is gone. I need it patched up with plaster and about 35m of new plain skirting board installed and painted.
