The balustrade is on the top deck at our house. It needs to be restored, sanded and painted white. Some parts need to be reinforced, and maybe some post replaced. Approximately 15m of balustrade.

Remove and replace 3 x rotting hardwood stair treads and 3 x rotting balustrades. New stair treads and balustrades provided, but you will likely need new screws/nails and some equipment to cut the stair treads down slightly. Price includes disposal of old stair treads and please include sanding and painting of the new treads and balustrades (paint provided).

Looking for a handyman to do two quick small repair jobs on one 3.6m long bedroom wall: Skirting Board Supply & Installation: One wall is missing about 3/4 of its skirting board. I need the remaining small piece removed and put in the gap on the left wall, and 1 single, continuous new length of skirting board supplied, cut, painted and installed across the full length of the wall so it looks seamless. Wall Patching: There are two holes in the plasterboard wall, each slightly larger than a standard double power point. These need to be securely patched, filled, and sanded back flush, and painted. The powerpoints in the pics have been removed. I don't have any material or tools etc, but can get matching paint if that helps to have it ready when you arrive.

Curtain rail ripped away from the wall in master bedroom and left a roughly 6-6.5cm diameter hole in the plasterboard. 2 smaller/shallower holes in teenage son’s room, one around 3cm diameter and second around 6cm. I’ve purchased a new tv and need the existing PowerPoint and network cable behind the tv recessed into plasterboard wall to enable tv to sit flush by a qualified electrician. I have a Somfy outdoor motorised awning with an Altus 60 RTS motor. It has not been responding to the remote control. I tried switching the power on and off, but the motor did not “jog” in and out as it typically would. I have also replaced the remote batteries, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me with a solution?
