I would like the front of house (two floors) to be painted, as well as verandah roof (underside) and railings and stair railings. I have paint, paint brushes, rollers, drops sheets, ladder and a long roller.

Ceiling in the bathroom needs gyrocking and small plaster fill in where an alarm panel has been removed.

Patch two rendered walls after forthcoming electrical work for kitchen reno

Render 3.7lineal metres X 0.6metres high to existing brick wall. Return at a later date to apply white set plaster. Damp proof course and waterproofing has been completed. Must have professional experience in this trade.

I have a kings awning that needs to be attached to my roof racks. The awning is already attached to L brackets, just need to drill a hole in each roof rack on the passenger side and attach awning to roof rack with bolts provided. Same awning as in the photo, new roof racks. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 10 November 2023

We have had new lights installed in our lounge/dining room. The old lights have been disconnected from power but were left in situ until we could arrange a plasterer to fill the holes. There are 5 holes in total in the ceiling, and another two in the walls that need filling (7 in total). Ceiling height is 3 metres.
