I have a kings awning that needs to be attached to my roof racks. The awning is already attached to L brackets, just need to drill a hole in each roof rack on the passenger side and attach awning to roof rack with bolts provided. We have had new lights installed in our lounge/dining room. The old lights have been disconnected from power but were left in situ until we could arrange a plasterer to fill the holes. Gryprock ceiling and upper wall section where kitchen bulkhead was removed. Replace cornice (have saved a potion of it for that purpose). Very flexible on timings just wanting it done before Christmas.

Where the fence meets at right angles a large crack has appeared almost from top to bottom which is slowly opening up. The crack is also at the rear but not exactly behind. The fence is two metres high next to the driveway but he back of the fence is only about a metre as this backs onto a concrete base which can be used for underpinning. Under this is sandstone rock. This are of the fence will need to be rendered. It will take 2-3 days to do this job.
