Find experienced local tradies in Fairlight

Hey! I need to remove the popcorn ceilings, plaster and paint in a combined living and dining room. There is a step in the ceiling as well. Keen to get this done between the 14-30th April.

Pack medium sized holes from TV cables running through walls and re-plaster Fill holes from Wall mounted TV fitting Fill holes on various walls from where pictures and mirrors had been hung. - Due date: Before Friday, 2 June 2023

Outside path/steps to the front door and side walls have some cracks and need a bit of rendering so a painter can come and paint - Due date: Flexible

Small amount of rendering left after kitchen Reno ( would be open to placing wooden panel if you think it will look better) , plus sealing a part of stone backsplash and hanging 1 picture

We have had new lights installed in our lounge/dining room. The old lights have been disconnected from power but were left in situ until we could arrange a plasterer to fill the holes. There are 5 holes in total in the ceiling, and another two in the walls that need filling (7 in total). Ceiling height is 3 metres.

Gryprock ceiling and upper wall section where kitchen bulkhead was removed. Replace cornice (have saved a potion of it for that purpose). Very flexible on timings just wanting it done before Christmas.

We had a new loft man hole fitted and this is the old one which needs gyprocking. It is roughly 400mm x 300mm. We have a Painter coming so just need the gyprocking. Also need it done before 25th July. Thanks, Ben - Fairlight
