Verandah ceiling needs repair after water damage

Hi I need help installing my 270 degree CLEVERSHADE awning on my Mitsubishi Delica. Three L brackets. Hoping someone has done this before, it’s just too heavy on my own. One bracket will fit underneath the solar blanket. Happy to assist in installation. Weight of awning 25kgs.

A football size hole in a plaster wall. Major pushed in piece still there. Straightforward fix and repaint.

1. gyprock around new door as pictured 2. Lay floor panel under door (panel provided)

Replace wooden floorboards with Ekodeck, balustrade with wood and posts (6) supporting the verandah. Paint balustrade and posts with 3 coats of external paint. Refuse to be taken away and dumped at tip by the builder firm or person undertaking the work. Scaffolding may be required and to be included in the cost quoted. Temporary storing of rubbish to be included on the cost quoted if required. Need a proper builder with a licence number to be verified.Will require a NSW Fair Trading Contract to be signed before starting. Require fair trading warranty.

Front Verandah -replace floorboards and front balustrade which are both wood. Remove refuse to the tip. Back verandah replace floorboards and balustrade which are both wood this is entire replacement. Remove refuse to the tip. - Due date: Before Sunday, 31 December 2023

Repair render inside (with similar textured finish to what is surrounding it). I will arrange painting. Also repair / fill outside wall around one side of meter box - note there is silicon sealant on the the edge so not sure if render will stick or whether silicon render required? I will paint this as well.

Need a plasterer to repair two areas in the ceiling from water damage now leaks have been fixed. The first area is roughly 150cm long 30cm wide second area is roughly 150cm long by 80cm.

Need to pack out the gap around our tv with a Gyprock sheet and blend in. Builder made the recess behind the tv too big. Needs to be packed out 40mm each side with a Gyprock sheet and angle trim. Materials need to be supplied. No need to paint. - Due date: Before Sunday, 21 January 2024

Hi all, My dryer and washing machine have ceased to work at the same time. I think that there is an issue with the powerpoint. Everything else in the house seems to be working well. I need an electrician to help me solve the issue. (I also have another powerpoint which needs tightening) I'm located in Waverley, close to Bondi Junction. Thanks!
