Hi, I’ve got an outdoor awning bracket that’s come. I need it re-secured properly into the solid brick/concrete behind, not just patched into the render. I’m looking for someone to: 1. Remove the bracket. 2. Chip back to solid substrate. 3. Re-anchor the bracket with either masonry anchors or chemical anchors into the brick/concrete. 4. Patch up the render neatly around the bracket and seal it. It’s a small job, so I just need a quote including your call-out fee, labour, and materials. About 20 tiles have come off the edge of our verandah and need to be cemented back on a some grout applied. All the tiles are intact, they just need to be re attached. Tiles are 100mmx100mm so it is not a huge job.

Need the entire surface smoothened and made fully ready for painter to paint over. Painter will be painting the entire exterior of the house including the fence and posts.
