Plaster sheets are hung and 2/3 layers of mudding has been completed. Wanting qualified plasterer ONLY to come to sand and finish any mudding needed to complete job and get house ready for painting. The house is 2 stories (110sqm per story), downstairs has a ceiling height of 3m, upstairs has a ceiling height of 2.7m and the staircase void is also in need of plastering. Hi , I am needing a qualified electrician to relocate a power point and ethernet connection either horizontally or vertically (down) as I will be putting in a Samsung Frame Tv so require the area to be unobstructed. Preference would be to move both horizontally into the built in cabinet joinery (please see photo).

A glass panel needs to be fixed onto two external stairway posts (see photos). Also 3 loose wooden deck panels need to be firmly fixed.

Ceiling needs to be patched up. It was cut out as we had to extract a dead possum about 1.5months ago. The holes are inside a linen cupboard but can be accessed with a ladder.

1 x light switch slightly sunken in (still works) - can be fixed so no longer sunken? AND 1 x broken power point switch needs replacing

I’m looking for an experienced cement renderer or masonry professional to: • Fill and patch the damaged area with cement or render • Match the original wall texture and finish as closely as possible • Prepare and paint the patched area to blend in with the surrounding wall The goal is to restore the wall to its original appearance. The area is easily accessible from outside the house. Please bring your own tools and materials or let me know what’s needed.

Patch up textured render on brickwork

I’d like an outdoor (weather proof) PowerPoint put on the side of my house (double brick). There is a PowerPoint on the inside of the wall in the house if that helps. Easily accessed wall right next to the driveway.

Move the 3 power points that are in the stone wall. The middle point needs to move over about 20cm. The 2 side points need to be moved to the plaster walls on the side. No need to install an actual power point on the walls, can leave the wires loose and safe.
