I need a professional to install gyprock/plasterboard to cover an exposed section of a wall in my home. The area needing repair is shown in the attached photos. It is expected the job will involve: - Measuring and cutting the gyprock/plasterboard to fit the space. For reference, the section is roughly 160cm x 60cm (estimated) - Securing the gyprock to the wall frame. - Taping and jointing the seams. - Sanding the joints smooth, ready for painting (no painting required for this job) - The room is located on the upper level of the house, and access is straightforward. I am looking for someone experienced in plastering or wall repairs who can complete the job efficiently and to a high standard. Requirements: - Must have experience in installing gyprock/plasterboard. - Must have your own tools and equipment. - Please provide an estimate of how long the job will take. - Budget: Please provide your quote including labor and materials. I have removed a few lights and need some holes patched. 2 x ceiling downlights 2 x wall lights I also have a small bit of gyprock on the ward that needs to be set - appropriately 30 x 40cm. Probably from a previous patch up. Ready to go now, prefer done asap.

We are looking for someone to correct the existing two arch doorways. We have installed steel doors and sadly our building brought someone on site who was unqualified to create arches correctly. There is a very noticeable gap between the steel door frame and the plastered wall. Because the plastered archways are not dead straight there are gaps but also the steel is digging into the plaster where it’s too tight. Looking to get this done ASAP at we need to get the glass in the doors before Friday 9/6 - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 6 June 2023
