The rainhead on the gutter of my house has rusted through and needs to be replaced. As you can see from the attached photos it's on the second story of the property on the street side. I have paint to match the existing facade and downpipe, so ideally I could order the part and paint it before it's installed. This downpipe drains a roof area of approx 45m2 (with an additional overflow from the box-gutter at the back of the house) Please let me know if there is any additional information you need to provide a quote.

Hi, I need some gutters cleaned at the front of a terrace. It's at the front of the house and is 2 stories up.

I think the gutter is causing water to run into the wall as there’s no downpipe. I want to have a hole drilled into the gutter to allow water to escape onto roof. I was going to try myself by climbing out window but the roof pitch is too stiff and I chickened off. I have safety harness and can assist you getting out with the drill and bit. You just have to turn up. Alternatively you can get up the wall with a ladder but this will need a 10m ladder that I don’t have. I am hoping we can do this together on Tuesday or Saturday morning sometime

Remove 2 pendants from their ceiling fittings. Ideally can be done while standing on board room table (if not I can assist moving table). Must be cleanly removed so that I can reattach at another date.
