2 roof top couches need to bew unpacked and carried upstairs

Some old guttering on my semi detached house needs replacing. It’s approximately 8m in length. Unfortunately the timber board that the guttering is fixed in to is rotten so also needs replacing. When quoting a price please include the cost of all materials.

I need help moving 5 x polycarb roof sheets from Randwick to Bunnings eastgardens. I can help with loading and unloading but will need a vehicle that can hold them.

Gutter leaks when it rains due to hole in gutter. The gutter is on second story and needs a ladder but just needs simple silicone to fix the leak.

Purchased 2 aluminum roof racks that I would like to be welded on to my ute canopy.

A possum made a hole in my roof, at a spot where a sloping tile roof meets a vertical timber wall. The possum has been removed and a temporary repair was done through insurance, but they declined to pay for a proper fix. So I am looking for someone to do this for me. The picture below is a close up of the hole before it was repaired. I don't know what this would cost, but I had to write a figure in "budget" to proceed.

I need someone to clean out the gutters of our single-story 3-bed semi in Randwick. Gutters at front and back of the house are 7 metres, gutter down the side of the house 25 metres. Ladder required. I'm hoping to get this done on Tuesday (29th), Wednesday (30th) or Thursday (1st) next week.

My tenanted property in Coogee has developed an occasional leak as a result of an old rusted perforated gully at the front of the property. I need the gully replacing. Access is good, you shouldn't even need a ladder as your can access the roof from the carport which is elevated. I have a few pictures but happy to meet on site to view. Regards Chris

The internal wooden frame of my van's pop top roof needs to be fixed as it doesn't hold anymore. The fix doesn't need to bring it back to original, I am just looking for a way to tie everything back together. See pictures for more details

Gutter cleaning single storey house

The task is to remove multiple lichen spots from the polycarbonate roof over a rear deck. (See pics.) A weak bleach solution (3%) will be provided. Removal of a lichen spot involves: wetting the lichen spot with the solution, using a small paint brush; waiting about 1 minute; gently rubbing the lichen so as to remove it without damaging the polycarbonate; rinsing off the lichen & solution with water. The roof dimensions are approximately 9m x 2.7m (~24 sq.m.). Height off the deck is between 2.5m - 3m. A ladder will be available to climb onto the roof. A plywoood sheet for you to kneel on will be available to place over the polycarbonate. As this is roof work, Taskers should be safety-focussed and should have their own insurance for personal injury coverage.
