I’m seeking urgent assistance with a roof leak that occurred during recent heavy rain. The leak appears to be entering through the roof cavity along the side of our house that adjoins our neighbour’s newly built second storey. Water is visibly tracking down internal beams and dripping through the ceiling. The affected area appears to align with the boundary roofline and may involve flashing or water redirection issues from the adjoining renovation. I’ve attached photos showing the leak path and internal structure. Gutter cleaning of double storey house and garage

Need gutters cleaned of leaf matter around perimeter of house, but mainly in back corner where there is tree cover. There are signs of possible mould damage in one corner, would be ideal if could assess whether there is any damage that needs rectifying.
