Purchased 2 aluminum roof racks that I would like to be welded on to my ute canopy.

A possum made a hole in my roof, at a spot where a sloping tile roof meets a vertical timber wall. The possum has been removed and a temporary repair was done through insurance, but they declined to pay for a proper fix. So I am looking for someone to do this for me. The picture below is a close up of the hole before it was repaired. I don't know what this would cost, but I had to write a figure in "budget" to proceed.

The leak appears to be entering through the roof cavity along the side of our house that adjoins our neighbour’s newly built second storey. Water is visibly tracking down internal beams and dripping through the ceiling.
