Gutter cleaning of double storey house and garage

Need gutters cleaned of leaf matter around perimeter of house, but mainly in back corner where there is tree cover. There are signs of possible mould damage in one corner, would be ideal if could assess whether there is any damage that needs rectifying. Roof line is much higher at back of house, easiest to access from front of house (see green in pic). Need tall ladder, relevant insurances/certifications and own equipment. Lift bookcase through window, walk over relatively flat roof then lift down to ground and into living room.

Lift heavy bookcase up on to roof and then carry across roof through window into room. Needs to be done by 2pm today. It’s raining here. You will need at least 2 people and probably ropes.

Please come and clean our back gutters. Easy access. About 15 of gutter.

Downpipe is leaking significantly when water goes down it. Has been cleared of debris. Needs patching or more likely replacement
