Need gutters cleaned on a single-storey house in Frankston. Must be done properly with own tools.

Looking for someone experienced in Pressure Washing glazed Terracotta roof tiles with lichen growth. Perhaps a labourer that used to work in the industry that is interested in 2 - 4 days work. This is just a one off, it's not a long term. We have had many quotes from people, but the pricing is just too excessive. I went out and bought a pressure washer to try do myself but I shouldn't be on a roof. Can use my pressure washer if needed. There is quite a lot of lichen growth on the roof. Potentially could Use a pre rinse of a bleach solution but have to be extra careful of the garden if this is to happen. Most of the house is two Storey. Maybe an hourly rate price? Scope of Works Required: Roof to be repainted and provide the paint One missing aluminium roof tile to be either: Relocated from a less visible section of the roof Or replaced entirely, if relocation is not feasible

ABSCO SHED - construction of 3x3 gable roof shed. Have all the tools would just need the man power.

There is one section of guttering that is rusted out. I'm told is easier and cheaper to repair than replace. Single story flat roof.

Gutter Cleaning: Clean and clear gutters (single-storey house). Tile Recapping: Recap a few loose tiles at the front door entrance. Tiles are at the property. Hedge Trimming: Trim a 20-meter-long pittosporum hedge. Remove green waste.

Under the front covered porch, there is a leak (when there is heavy rain) that has caused crack on the ceiling of the front covered porch. Need the source of the leak to be stopped and ceiling repaired. Suspect the rusted gutter (approx total 4m in length) maybe the cause of the issue. Gutter is under and in between the roof tile and polycarbonate roof. When Polycarbonate roof is required to be remove to change the gutters, all roofing screws will need to be replaced as well. Single storey house. Please provide quote for replacing gutters.

Ie. replacing roof broken concrete tiles (have spare tiles at the property), bedding/pointing mortar repair, gutter repair, etc. NOTE: We DO NOT need the whole roof replaced, painted or bedding/pointing mortar repair on all ridge caps and valleys. We only just need where the problem area to be repaired to stop the leaking in the front covered porch.

One of our corner roof has been chipped away by birds. I think the wood rot bec of water collecting in the gutter. We need someone to fix this part for now.
