Hi, I’m seeking a qualified, experienced roofer to conduct an independent inspection of a roof leak in a newly built two-storey tiled home in Kingsford (2032). Background: • Solar panels were installed approximately 2 weeks ago • Heavy rain last week → new leak has appeared • Leak is directly under the solar panel area • There were no leaks prior to the solar installation The builder and solar installer are currently disputing responsibility, so I require an independent professional assessment. Scope required: • Identify exact source of leak • Lift tiles around solar mounting brackets if necessary • Check for cracked tiles, improper tile seating, torn sarking, flashing issues • Inspect cable entry points and penetrations • Conduct controlled hose testing if required • Provide clear photos of findings • Provide a brief written summary outlining cause of leak This is for inspection/diagnosis only at this stage. Repairs will be discussed separately once cause is confirmed. My gutter is leaking and needs repair or replacement. It was repaired 3 years ago and didn’t last. Possibly needs a new length of gutter replaced (approx 5m). Or maybe just some proper taping up and fixing to roof. Unfortunately I don’t have a high enough ladder to get up there and check myself. Happy to quote this process as a repair job only but if a replacement is required you can propose a different price. In the pic you can see in the middle the water is leaking out and pooling on ground. It’s also not the entire length to cover the corner of roof fully so water also falls off roof and pools on ground. Access pics added. Fairly straight forward.

Needing to soundproof some Walls in a new office space with existing walls. Current walls are gyprock.
