I've already purchased the gutter and internal clips(12). I need a handyman to repair (replace) a rusted/broken section of downpipe, on a property in Kings Park, Vic 3021. The rusted section of pipe is less than 2m in length. I would need this person to remove the broken section before replacing it with a stainless steel replacement part. (Parts for this are cheap and should be easily accessible from Bunnings etc). Whilst most of the house's downpipes are painted, this new section won't need painting for now. It's a single story property on flat land, with easy access to this pipe, I don't live at the property - I am the landlord, and it is leased to a family of tenants via a local estate agents. So, I'd fist need you to contact the agent (I'll provide as details of course), and book a time that suits with the tenants to complete this work.

Hi all! I have a single story, average sized 4xbedroom house (on flat land) in Kings Park Vic 3021. I'm hoping to have someone to please clean the gutters of this property, including its single-car garage and its 2x car carport. all sides of the house are very accessible via a standard ladder. There are no trees next to the house, and only a few on the property.
