Find experienced local roofers in Gladstone Park

We are needing help with a bird issue. We have Indian myna birds creating a nest in the box gutter rain head. I need someone to clean out any branches and debris in the box & install some mesh or a metal cover to keep them out. I also need a roof plumber to inspect the roof cavity for pests and also check the roof is water tight and advise on the exterior roof & drains in general.

I’ve noticed a leak coming from underneath my shower, and after inspecting the drain, it looks like the water might be escaping from around the edge of the drain fitting — possibly where the waterproofing wasn’t sealed properly. The leak seems isolated to that one area underneath. Would you be able to come have a look and confirm if it’s just a local issue that can be resealed, or if there’s a deeper waterproofing concern?

I need underfloor insulation installed under my ensuite. Approx 10sqm. House is on concrete stumps. Access is direct to ensuite from side of house. Photo of man hole attached.

Replacing plaster thats has waer stained also have some holes after removed wall heater. One spot have leaking issues from roof around skylight.

Install underfloor insulation (material will be supplied)

I have some soundproofing on the wall I'd like help removing. I have done some of it with goo gone and but it's taking too long and need someone who knows a better way to fix this without damaging paint. Thanks

Hi there, i have had a laserlight roofing panel crack and pull loose on my carport. It is now flapping in gusts and is quite loud so i would like it to be replaced. It is trimdeck profile and it would be a single width panel. Probably 2 sheets long. - Due date: Flexible
