Hi there, I’ve got three downpipes with weeds growing out of the top of the gutters. This seems to be caused by an almost 90-degree bend at the top of each downpipe where it turns back toward the wall and traps debris. I’d also like all the gutters and the rest of the downpipes to be fully flushed out. Craigieburn 3064 Double storey house.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it.
