I have a rental property that needs various work, including painting, plastering, and patching, repairs to locks and hinges, and reinstalling doors.

(1) Fix plasterboard (approx 250mm by 200mm to cover the ‘L’ shape) (2)Caulking (3 internal taps to ceramic basin and 1 external tap penetration in rendered Hebel wall) (3) Seal down pipes (1 not aligned with catcher at ground surface level and 1 eaves gutter to top of 1st floor corner) (4) Fix 1st floor parapet wall capping to external side of Hebel wall(noisy on windy days) (5)Install one door stopper (6) Fix two screws which couldn’t hold (one to internal wall and one to steel garage door) Do not require a licensed roof plumber but need a ladder to reach high enough - approx. 6.5m from ground to top of parapet.
