I have three of these wood-pannels from Bunnings that I want to install under the staircase. The floor and stairs are concrete and the wall is brick. Two panels fit under the staircase side by side comfortably but the third will need to be cut to accomodate the slope of the stairs.

We live in a townhouse and upstairs there are two large timber-framed privacy screens covering almost the full length of our floor-to-ceiling windows in two bedrooms. The top of each screen is open. Birds have occasionally become trapped inside, and possums have used the space in the past. We want the tops sealed to prevent both birds and possums from accessing the boxes. The dimensions are approximately 3.5m x30cm Options could include chicken wire, netting, perspex, or similar materials. Access is very limited: we can only reach the box from inside through a narrow winder window. External access is extremely difficult (high ceilings, second floor). The boxed area has timber on two sides only. The remaining long side is a steel window frame and the remaining short side is a steel column. Awning needs to be re-attached to privacy screen. High reaching ladder is required (or similar). The privacy screening is also on a slope.
