Rain water seems stuck in the drainage, need helping in draining it and fixing the problem

My water pump is leaking. It pumps from the water tank and flushes the toilets.

Need a Plumber to fix the garden galvanised pipe. The pipe is broken from the bottom. See the picture

Currently no hot water upstairs, while the downstairs taps are supplying warm water. To resolve this, you need the supply and installation of a new standard tempering valve to the hot water service.

Fix toilet paper holder as it has come off the wall. See attached photo.

it has cold water and no hot water. Cold water side works fine. On the hot water side, only a small amount of water comes out and it’s barely warm. The unit is a Rinnai GHF4170N. No visible water leaks near the gas burner

The bathroom is outdated and currently includes a shower, basin, and bathtub, but no toilet. I plan to remove the bathtub, install a toilet in its place, and fully renovate the entire bathroom.

Toilet keeps running water after flushing. Would like to have the issue inspected and rectified.

Need to collect the gutter exit pipe to the storm water drain. There is 3 exits should be connected to one entry. I’ve got few parts but not enough anyways check the photos and quote including the material. Another option can be done change one of the gutters (which has 2 exits to a new one with a single exit but need to redo the fall then you only left with 2 exits to 1 entry. I don’t think it requires a license plumber to do so unless we are going to replace the gutter.
