Shower tap leaking constantly. Getting worse with time. Have tried close tightening of tap but not resolved. Toilet cistern not flushing. Possibly broken material in cistern.

One burner flame is slow and need to clean

Need Miele washing machine connected just moved into a new place and can’t get the hot/water hoses connected one of the taps is sitting at a an angle making it hard to connect them side by side

Water pump is making a weird nose and water is not getting to the toilet, one of them is getting water at a very low presuure

Down pipe install for my garage

The little combs around the drain water pipe to stop the hairs are broken, also there are four stick like things to hold the middle tile are broken too.
