Once the dishwasher works for 2-3 minutes i am getting a E15 error, which is a water leak. I have checked the inlet and drain pipes and externally and it all looks good so some small internal leaks i think. When i tilt the dishwasher sideways and the water is removed, the dishwasher works again but the same E15 error pops up after 2-3 minutes.

Just purchased a home that comes with a fridge with plumbed ice and water dispensers. However the previous owner never connected the ice & water dispensers and I want to do it now. I'm sure I will have to buy the install kit as well. I am just unsure who can do it and how difficult it is to install. I am not sure where the water line is as well. The fridge is Fisher and Paykel. Toilet water tank continuously leaks after filling. Attached is a photo of the inside of the tank. The issue might be with the pump or another mechanism not functioning properly.
