We need a plumber to come and fix a leaky tap in our bathroom. It has been dripping for a while but now a steady stream that we can't stop by moving the tap handle around.

Dishwasher drain not draining. Requires deep investigation into pipe as this has happened before (dishes are being rinsed before loading).
