Kitchen tap has developed a drip leak. Suspected cause is worn-out washers in both hot and cold taps. Task is to diagnose and resolve the cause of the leak - most likely by supplying and installing new washers in the taps.

Water leaking into the toilet bowl.

Toilet flush button is stuck. And water is running into bowl

Water was continually running last night Mains were switched off and now water not coming out of tap

Inlet valve gets stuck so cistern doesn't fill and the outlet valve seal is leaking.

Bathroom sink is leaking (see photos) and looking for someone to fix the leak. Looks like washer closest to drain is loose so could be a very quick fix but not sure. Please quote for your time only, if new parts beyond washers etc. are needed will reimburse.

I have set up the primalnice cold bath, but not done a great job of it and there are a few leaks. I Ike someone who is experienced setting this up to come and do it from scratch

A caroma branded toilet seat has come away from its hinges. This job entails fixing it with the existing pieces, or repurchasing the caroma parts for reimbursement and installing. I have a Bunnings one minute from my place. You must have your own tools. An invoice is required to finish this task, outlining all costs associated. No invoice? Job can’t be marked as completed. Only experienced persons whom have replaced a seat before, no ‘work it out’ on the spot types. Must be completed by 8pm today. Communication is a must. Please don’t ghost me without an ETA. Thank you
