Looking for a registered plumber to put in a new garden tap. One of the existing taps on the wall/garden can be moved/duplicated on to the other side of the fence, see photos. New tap can be on the wall or free standing with a wooden/metal support similar to the existing garden tap pictured. Two location options are marked up on photos. Needs to be a licensed plumber and compliance certificate is required. Must include all materials and labour including for trenching if required. Basically previous owner put a hole thru wall for old water line, but they cut it I just need someone to get the new line thru the existing hole and existing tap

Hi, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and fix an issue with the hot water in my shower. The shower has separate hot and cold taps. The cold water works normally, but the hot water takes a very long time to come through, sometimes 5–7 minutes. Once it eventually becomes hot, it works. There is no issue with the hot water elsewhere in the house. The bathroom basin gets hot water immediately, although the hot-water flow there is slightly weaker than the cold. I suspect the issue may be with the shower hot tap/spindle/jumper valve or a restriction in the hot-water line, but I would like a plumber to properly diagnose it. Looking for: * Inspection and diagnosis * Repair/replacement of the faulty shower tap/valve if required * Confirm the hot-water flow is working normally afterwards Please provide your total cost. Kitchen tap is loose and moves around. Cold water is fine but when turned to hot water, it shuts off after about 10 seconds. Looking for someone to secure / tighten the tap and fix the hot water issue.

Details: • Hot water tap drips from the bottom even when fully closed. • I’ve removed the cover — leak is coming from the bottom of the tap. • Water is coming through to the laundry ceiling and wall directly below.
