Would like to update my sink and tap in kitchen. Current sink is old and retro. Measure replacement and remove / dispose of old Install new sink. Seal and silicone around. Install and test flick mix tap. Chrome and bunnings parts ok.

Price is placeholder 1. Tiles are being demolished now. Need plumbers help in installing wall mixer, currently having separate cold and hot handles. Need to install new mixer. 2. Install vanity and do the plumbing once tiling is completed 3. Install shower screen 4. Install toilet and associated plumbing 5. Replace vanity and pipeware in the second bathroom.

Old hot water system was replaced but plumber unable to remove from property. There is the (empty) water storage cylinder, and (disconnected) heat pump.

Multiple sinks are draining slowly in my mum's house. I have had a similar issue previously, when someone flushed a tampon down a toilet and it snagged on a check valve. I'd like someone to troubleshoot the issue before committing to more serious work like digging up pavers to access the check valve.

Would like to replace tap and have a cabinet built around powder room sink.
