My toilet has a small stream of water running nonstop. The toilet is very old that doesn’t have an adjustable valve. Might need change parts. (The price is excluding parts)

I have had a problem with the showing dripping. I have had the problem fixed two months ago but now it has started again. Not sure if the washer knobs need to be replaced. The toilet needs a new toilet seat and a jet(we will provide jet) to be fixed

Shower head dripping, tighting the base of kitchen normal tap and fixing the toilet that won’t stop flushing

Kitchen tap is loose at the base, need to be tightened. Shower drips- shower taps need to be reset. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing.

I have two black jet pressure washers which aren't working would like someone to have a look to see if they are worth fixing.

The water leaking between the main water switch and the house

I need Yarra Valley Water (YVW) to install a new check meter to separately meter two units in a block. To do it, I will need the services of a licensed plumber to do the preparation work to allow installation a new separate meter for front unit. Main meter is in the front yard under the large tree. A plumber will need to run the internal water line from the main meter to the unit and install a meter assembly so the contractors of YVW can come and fit the check meter on. Put new filter in and need rubber o ring to stop the filter box leaking. Water is leaking with the current filter, hoping it will stop with new filter but we put an o ring last time that helped stop the leak. We also put sealant to stock it leaking. Need a bit of trail and error to get this sealed up.
