Hi, My washroom basin pipe is blocked and the water is draining very slowly. I have already tried using liquid drain cleaner, but it didn’t fix the problem. Looking for someone experienced with plumbing/drain cleaning to: • Inspect the basin drain • Clear the blockage properly • Make sure water flows normally again Tools and experience preferred. Hi Need to replace shower head with 3 star water rating for rental.

The nut on the Bathroom tap needs tightened. I dont have the tools to get behind the sink to do it. Should be a straightforward job for someone with the correct tools.

The leak appears to be coming from the tank penetration/bulkhead fitting and the 20 mm Philmac elbow above it.

Got a leaky shower head, I think the cold tap is the culprit, had it repaired a couple of times now but hasn’t lasted

Just need to unscrew an aerator from my kitchen tap as I’m trying to install a water filter. I have a cache key for unscrewing and I’ve tried using it. Also tried citric acid, vinegar, boiling water, knife, screwdriver, hasn’t worked! If you also have advice and it works for me, l’ll payid you

Need help stopping consistent dripping noise in second floor gutter Water dripping noise caused by either/both of these two spots (see photo - top curve and bottom curve). Most likely the bottom part making constant noise, day and night. Will require clean + fix of just this gutter. Must have tall ladder as it is on the second floor.

The toilet has water flowing even though it has filled. It may need a new washer or a replaced inlet valve. The repair will need to occur on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), or on a weekday after 7pm.

The toilet is currently not connected to the drain – it looks like it’s has been placed on a pan adapter but not sealed or fixed down.

We are having flooring installed throughout our downstairs area including the toilet room. We need a certified plumber to come and uninstall our toilet and reinstall it on top of the new flooring after it has been laid a couple of days later.

Minor issue - 1) shower hot water is lukewarm than hot water so need to check & 2) one of tap has water dripping out .
