Hi, I need a licensed plumber to replace a faulty toilet isolation valve (as shown in the photo). Please note: There are NO active leaks. I am doing this purely as preventative maintenance to clear a future hazard. Current Issue:The current valve has seized up and cannot be fully shut off (water keeps flowing even when turned completely). Scope of work:Locate the main water shut-off valve for the property .
