Find an experienced plumber in Blackburn

I have a minor leak at the base of my backyard water tank (2500 litres). I tried to patch it with silicone but it didn’t not work. I need a professional gap repair. The leak itself is a small drip. The tank is currently empty

The toilet tank lid is broken with cracking. Unknown brand and model. Need a fit replacement of the lid or repair the cracking.

Need to install a new telephone shower replacing existing fixed shower, small job and should be very quick

The right tap labelled H is leaking when the washing machine hose is connected to it, but doesn't leak when nothing is connected. Looking to this fixed so that we can connect the washing machine hose and utilise this tap.

Install supplied kitchen sink and tap to hot /cold water point and waste point. Silicone off to finish. Happy to pay for any additional materials if required separately. Thanks

I need a reliable plumber or handyman to fix a few issues with my rainwater system: Unblock and clean rainwater pipe across the house – The pipe from the house to the street is blocked with soil and leaves. Needs clearing and cleaning to restore proper flow. Fix downpipe connection – The downpipe is misaligned where it connects to the ground drain. The adapter/connector is missing or damaged, allowing debris to enter. Needs proper alignment and replacement of connector. Repair gutter & downpipe joint – There’s a leak at the join between the gutter and downpipe. Needs resealing or fixing to stop water leakage.

My tap/mixer in kitchen has come undone. Not sure if there’s a part missing but need to tighten it back T the sink outlet

I need to install a new garden water tap. The underground pipe has already been laid beneath the driveway. The remaining work is to connect one end of the pipe to the council water supply and install a standing pipe with a tap on the other end. Please provide a quote for this work.

Removing botched sealant, fixing a loose tap

When I turn on the shower, hot water comes out normally. • Once I turn on the cold water, after about 1–2 minutes the hot water completely stops. • If I turn the cold water off, the hot water comes back again. • This cycle keeps repeating: hot water → turn on cold → hot water stops → turn off cold → hot water returns. One of my outdoor drains is blocked seems with soil. It still takes water but it’s very slow and stuck. I believe the grate came off which lead to this excess soil getting through. I would like for someone to unblock the drain and to screw down the grate so it doesn’t pop up anymore.

P trap toilet is blocked. Blockage needs removing. The sooner the better but no emergency, there is second bathroom

The water from the WC keeps running into the bowl and the toilet can't flush. I believe the cistern needs to be fixed or replaced. There is no water leakage onto the floor. I am not sure what the budget is, so I just entered a random price.

Roof plumbing was connected to a rain tank. That has been removed so gutter needs a new pvc downpipe and drain connection to nearest point about 11m away. Assume a 100mm downpipe and connection. One corner. See marked up photos. Ask me questions if need be. There was a grey pipe in the location which I’m assuming would be replaced by pvc drain pipe. Would prefer registered plumber
