Find an experienced plumber in Blackburn

There is a blocked drain located immediately outside the bathroom, next to the house wall. The water is not draining properly. Looking for a plumber or drainage specialist to clear the blockage and make sure it is draining normally. Photos attached. Please bring suitable drain-clean equipment.

The pictured toilet has suddenly started making really loud gasping noises when refilling the tank. Please help.

Need to replace kitchen sink mixer. Old and new mixer photo attached. Also, need to clean and re-apply silicon on the wall edge behind the sink

The shower head in our dog grooming room has come off the hose/pipe connection, as shown in the photos. I’m not sure whether the existing shower head and hose can simply be repaired/reconnected, or whether they need replacing. Looking for someone who can assess it and either repair it or supply/install a suitable replacement if required. Would ideally like this fixed as soon as possible.

The toilet it blocked due to the tree roots, which you might need a drain machine.

1. The shower and tap is not regulating the cold and hot water properly. 2. The hot water pressue is really low in shower and all taps around the house.

The toilet tank lid is broken with cracking. Unknown brand and model. Need a fit replacement of the lid or repair the cracking.

When I turn on the shower, hot water comes out normally. • Once I turn on the cold water, after about 1–2 minutes the hot water completely stops. • If I turn the cold water off, the hot water comes back again. • This cycle keeps repeating: hot water → turn on cold → hot water stops → turn off cold → hot water returns. P trap toilet is blocked. Blockage needs removing. The sooner the better but no emergency, there is second bathroom

The water from the WC keeps running into the bowl and the toilet can't flush. I believe the cistern needs to be fixed or replaced. There is no water leakage onto the floor. I am not sure what the budget is, so I just entered a random price.

Tenants have stated there is a problem with the hot water in the shower. Turns suddenly cold and then scalding hot. Happens even when no-one else in house is using the water. Problem could be the mixer unit in the shower or the hot water unit itself or both.

Leak in shower Hot and cold taps might need replacing

Hot water pressure is low. No problem with cold water pressure.

Remove old shower head and install new shower head. I’m flexible with time today.
